The Get Fit Stay Fit protein diet.
Our protein diet helps you lose weight quickly and effectively by staying healthy and keeping the weight off. This diet with a proven success rate is based on a natural weight-loss with plenty of protein, lots of fresh vegetables, few carbohydrates and very few saturated fats. With six meals a day you won‘t experience hunger pangs, your metabolism rate will remain high and you won‘t experience the yoyo effect upon finishing the diet.
The Get Fit Stay Fit protein diet includes a wide choice of protein products. On offer we have warm drinks, yoghurt, omelet, soup, spaghetti, brownies and much more.
Finally
The Finally Lifestyle Program includes a folder with personal dietary advice for a schedule of 4 weeks. This schedule consists of 2 weeks weight loss, one week build-up phase and a stabiliser phase. You can choose to repeat the schedule a number of times depending on your own goal. Adding meal replacements to the diet schedule for even more result is optional.
