Kinesis One
The Kinesis One is an ideal training station with unlimited variations of exercises. You can test and purchase the Kinesis One and all the accompanying accessories at our Health Shop.
Balance products are ideal for core training, balance and coordination exercises, rehabilitation, stabilization training and functional training. We have a wide choice of balance products.
Dumbells
The Reebok adjustable dumbell range is from 1-4 kg. It comes in a handy case and is ideal for training on location.
The powerblock is an ideal dumbbell if you are visiting clients. The 2.4 version ranges in weight from 5 kg to 11 kg. The 5.0 version goes from 2,5 kg to 22,5 kg. The weight can easily be adjusted by a handy click system.
Our medicine balls and kettle bells can be used for an unlimited amount of exercises and make working out more varied and challenging.
Core-training
The highly effective Reebok Coreboard can be used in many different ways, also in combination with other training equipment.
The bodybow is ideal for mobilisation and strength training of the spine.
Training with a duo-wheel is a challenging form of core-training and an easy piece of equipment to take with you.
Resistance training
We have Reebok tubes in all three resistance variations.
Our strong dynabands are latex-free which means there no more need to mess around with talcum powder or worry about the danger of allergies. We have dynabands in 5 different resistance variations.
The Tube Loop is a variable resistance band used to train the muscles in the lower body.
Omron Measuring equipment
Our weighing scale/body fat measuring device has a memory capacity for 4 people. The maximum weight is 150 kg.
The Omron body composition monitor is ideal for trainers. Measurement is accurate due to the full body measuring taking place. The monitor shows the muscle mass, fat percentage, weight, BMI, visceral fat level and the base metabolism. There is enough memory capacity for 4 people. Maximum weight is 135kg.
The sit&reach box is ideal in assessing the flexibilty of the hamstrings and lower back.
The pedometer is a fun device to lend your clients for a while. This walking style pedometer has a memory of 7 days.
